Automaker Kia launched its EV6 electric SUV in India in 2022. It has been launched in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 67.90 lakh. Now the company has given it a mid-cycle update, which includes new design elements and a larger battery pack. In view of this, we are telling you here about the difference between the new model of Kia EV6 and the old model. Let us know about their difference in detail.
1. Front Design
The new Kia EV6 features aggressive headlights, which are surrounded by triangular LED DRLs. On the other hand, the old EV6 had vertically stacked LED headlights and pixel-like LED DRLs. Both models have a long closed grille, but both have different inserts in the air inlet channels on the bumper.
2. Side profile
The wheel size of the new Kia EV6 is the same as the old model, which is 19 inches. However, the design of the wheels of the new model has been changed. Both flush-type door handles, gloss black strips and blacked out rearview mirrors (ORVMs) are the same.
3. Rear design
The rear design of the new EV6 and the old model is almost the same. Both have curved LED connected tail lights that extend to the rear fender. The new EV6 bumper has a more aggressive diffusor with horizontal elements, while the old model had a simple faux silver skid plate.
